Want to reach the team behind this guide? The easiest and only official way is through the community discussions on this website. Leave a comment or a report on the page your message is about, and we will see it there. We do not run a support inbox for this site, so please do not trust any email address or social account that claims to speak for alooytv.online unless it is linked from this page.
What to contact us about
- Corrections — a fact on a page is wrong or out of date: a name, a date, a detail about how the service works.
- Broken information — the service changed something we describe, like how episodes are organised or how the site behaves.
- Requests — a question about AlooyTV or JooTV that our guides do not answer yet and you would like covered.
- Safety warnings — a copycat site or a suspicious "AlooyTV app" file you found and think other readers should know about.
What we cannot help with
We are a guide, not the streaming service. We cannot restore a stream that stopped working, add a series or episode to AlooyTV, remove content from it, or help with anything on the service itself — we have no access to it and no connection to the people who run it. For the service itself, the official website is alooytv.com.
We also cannot help download or install AlooyTV APK files, and honestly, neither should anyone else: those files do not come from the service, and our guides explain why installing them is a bad idea.
How fast we reply
We read everything posted in the discussions and reply to most messages within a couple of days. Corrections with a link to the page and a short note about what changed are the fastest to act on. Please write in English or Arabic — we work in both.
